For the curious and the confused

After having read the comments from my latest post, I noticed that Ginnie was a bit confused about the card and who was on it. It was a) a bird and b) in the corner, yours truly and OrangeX. Come t think of it, I wasn't too sure about Rob's comment either ;-) So there you go.

I decided to post a photo of my Dad and me (taken last summer).

He-e-e-e-re's Daddy:

Now, isn't he a sweetheart?!

Yes - And your dad looks great for his age! Thanks for sharing the pic. Was his visit to see you or did you make the trek to Canada?

He'll love that compliment. We went over last summer and it was just great. Going back again for 3 weeks in July this year. Yay!

He IS young!!!! HA (had to cover myself). Oh how I love parent-child photos, especially now after both mine are gone. You realize how many you DON'T have. So to all your bloggers, take the photos while you can!!

What a great photo, CS, of both of you. And thanks for clearing up the question :)

True to form, I thought of something else: I can't imagine what it would feel like to have either of my parents make a comment on my blog. (Boo Hoo--now I'm sobbing.)

I know you treasure this Gift!

It's quite funny actually. I think he really enjoys it. Sometimes he'll just follow a link to one of my favorite blogs and just read. The we talk oer the phone and he says someting like: "Yeah, I read that on xxx's blog".

That's one of the main reasons I started the blog.I really miss my family and friends in Canada and I think that sharing stories and pictures really makes us feel closer although the physical distance is there.

Hmm. I wish my Mom could overcome her phobia of computers - well actually, anything electronic with more than an on/off button:)

No need for any confussion CS, I only meant that in the strictist plutonic way. But now that you have posted his picture! I may have a thing for Silver-Daddies too! Thanks for passing my message along!

HA! Just joking. I'm glad you two have such a close relationship!

By the way, CS! You're so HOT!
