This morning, I woke up and found
... a message in my inbox from my Dad with a link to my facebook.
Ginnie: He's never been much of a talker, but he keeps showing me his love in very creative ways. Uhhhm. The 6th? Well, yes. It's OX's sister's birthday. I wonder why you asked...
I have to say i really didn't get the song with the Harry Potter reference. Mr. Granger is a Muggle dentist in the book, not Lupin (who was a professor and member of the odrder of the pheonix). So to me this makes no sense.
But the sentiment of why your dad sent it was really sweet :)
Xmich: I'm pretty sure he doesn't know the characters in H. Potter, so I didn't even try to make a link to it. It was only the lyrics he was referring to :)
Thanks for your comment, yes we're having a blast in Florida but the warm weather has deserted us for the time being, oh well, it will be beach weather again in a few days.

Swenglish: Fathers and daughters do have a special bond, don't they. I wish it were his voice - not that his is bad -, but in this case, it isn't ;)

Awwwww. My daughter would have the same excitement as you if she had received this from her dad. You're right, CS--it's such a special relationship.
