The plus and minus

This past week was simply crazy, but also fun.

The plus

-The weather was great this weekend (I have a light sunburn to prove it), we worked in our small back yard (which is why my back is aching),
- We had a wonderful evening at TBF's Cinco de Mayo party last night and
- today, we both read, relaxed and enjoyed a sunny Sunday.
- And on Wednesday, we're leaving for Vienna to visit Pinki and Andrea, so that won't leave us much time to blog between now and Sunday. Yippeeeee!

To the minus points this week:
- our washing machine just died on us! How did we find out? We tried to wash, of course. Grrrr! No chance for a new one before Wednesday.
- Orange-X worked very late most evenings last week.

But what the hell.... The plus outweighs the minus. I guess it's not all that bad after all.

See you soon again, after Austria!

It always helps when the pluses outweigh the minuses, CS, but your positive attitude is the bottom line, as far as I'm concerned. Now that I've met you both, I KNOW both you and O-X have positive attitudes that can get you through hell and high water! I wanna be just like you when I grow up. :)

I'm far too jealous that you get the 1st of may off... Really we need more holidays here for sure! I'll have to wait till May 19th or so..

Good luck with the laundry.. We know this all too well since we don't have one of our own...

Awww Ginnie, thanks. I guess it's gonna be "who decides to grow up first", right? ;)

ET: What's on May 19th? Victoria Day? And just for the record, if a holiday falls on a Sat or Sun, we can't compensate for it like in Canada ;) The washing machine will have to be replaced, so says the repairman... But when?

PS: And it's not "Ah the tan", it's "Ouch! the sunburn!" LOL!

have a great time.... off on another adventure! I've been too busy to catch up on blogs due to variety Show commitments.... by the time I get home I'm too tired to write anything remotely intelligent.... but the show's over now so life can return to normal.
See you when you get back!

CS - As long as you have got the balance right, i.e. mostly positive, just enjoy life! Hope Austria was great.
